How well does a candidate's personality match a job? This largely determines how successful the job will be executed. It is valuable to be able to predict this.
The Zap-Q personality survey helps to get a quick, efficient and easy insight in the potential of job applicants. Zap-Q is part of the latest generation of personality surveys, based on the so-called Item Response Theory. In addition, the questionnaire is developed in collaboration with the Dutch University of Twente.
Zap-Q maps 24 work-related personality traits. On a competency level, you will gain insight in the strengths and development areas of a candidate. The survey has an adaptive character: the system knows what the best follow-up questions are. This will give you a more accurate picture of the personality of the candidate.
You can use your own competency library, or Zyvo's. Thanks to our competency test, you will immediately know whether your applicant possesses the right competency to successfully take on the position.
