We collect data on the job performance of current employees and the way they (preferably) execute their tasks.

The patterns found are stored as algorithms in the Zyvo Analytics Box. When a job applicant completes one of our online assessments, you will directly receive the prediction of chance that this job applicant will become a successful employee.
