How it works:

Step 1:

Together with you, we determine for which positions you would like to predict job performance.

Step 2:

We collect data on the job performance of current employees and the way they (preferably) execute their tasks.

Step 3:

By using machine learning we identify the complex patterns that predict job performance.

Step 4:

The patterns found are stored as algorithms in the Zyvo Analytics Box. When a job applicant completes one of our online assessments, you will directly receive the prediction of chance that this job applicant will become a successful employee.
